Karate Weapons Training Course, September 2002
The I.W.K.R. held a weapons training course at Blackrock Community Centre, Dundalk, on Sunday 7th September 2003. This event was open to all martial arts enthusiasts.
Adults’ training ran from 3pm to 6pm and childrens’ (over 7 years old) training ran from 3pm to 4.30pm.
Instruction was given by sensei Francis Pisa, who trains the police and special forces in the Philippines. The course covered single stick, double stick, long stick and knife skills.
